Air showers reliably remove contamination from clothes of personnel or surfaces of materials entering or leaving a cleanroom.
Decontamination is performed by clearing off dust and dirt particles from bodies of cleanroom personnel, Maximum efficiency through a high-velocity turbulent jet of clean air of 25 m/s, Cleaning cylce with pressure control, door blocking and user control settings, Filtration using a pre-filter and HEPA filter.

Specifications include 12 in. HEPA type filter with minimum efficiency of 99.99 percent at 3 microns. The L Shape 90-Degree Corner Air Shower has a knock-down design that allows ease-of-installation and flexibility in use. The air shower can be shipped knowcked down or completely assembled. When it is shipped knock-down all parts fit through a standard door. All service to the blower, motor and filters is done from inside the air shower. The unit also offers an optional design that allows all the installation assembly to be done from inside the air shower.
