The Story About Our First Customer From Bangladesh
I received an inquiry about clean room project, it was a very simple email, then I asked for drawing and other technical information. Then customer sent me a BOQ. But they told me that they did not have drawing till the end of year. The only thing I could do at that time was “waiting”
However, I still sent emails to them nearly every 10 to 15 days. Shared the news of our products and companies. I insisted on sending emails to them even I didn’t get any reply from them.
During the Spring Festival of 2019, they contacted me again, I was very excited to receive the drawing from them. After communication about the drawing and customer’s real needs, we sent the formal quotation to them. Then we communicated about the details for and keep in touch all the time.
In April, we almost discussed all the details about the project, it’s a time to discuss the most important things by face to face. Customer asked us to visit them and discuss with their boss to finalize the order. We were very happy and excited to go to Bangladesh and it’s my first time been to Bangladesh. I imaged a lot about this country.
We visited their factory and recheck the dimension of the plant, we had meetings with their technical team, management and big boss. Finally we signed contract.
What a nice and productive business trip!
We started production after receiving the prepayment under L/C.
I went to Bangladesh with 10 engineers for the installation in July. at the second time,
After 2 months hard working, our engineers finished the installation of the whole clean room project. My 3rd trip to Bangladesh started. Customer was very satisfied with our quality and service. We had a very nice memory in Bangladesh.
We supplied clean room panels and equipment for the new clean room project. It’s a pity that we couldn’t go to Bangladesh again because of the epidemic.
Looking forward to visiting Bangladesh again. Best wishes for our friends in Bangladesh.
It’s sure that we will have more and more customers in Bangladesh in Future.
